About the Role
This role required a focused attitude to working within a festival environment.
It's fun to work in some of the most amazing events and festivals in the UK. Our working environment is collaborative and we provide full internal and industry recognized food handling training to beginners / entry level to be able to work in the fast phase environments.
The role has the opportunity to develop and get involved in the company, including menu development, team leading, social media exposure, and increase of responsibility duties.
Requirements
Working in Back and front house at festival set-ups, preparing and serving food to customers.
Understanding for cleaning, stocking, cooking / serving and most importantly food quality when reaching to customers.
Understanding and willing to learn our internal Health and Safety protocols and follow these closely, maintaining excellent hygiene practices.
Can do attitude, and being able to work in a competitive team, with fast paced and collaborative individuals. The work might require to work long hours, and physical work in involved.
Successful candidate will should have the understanding and manners to approach customers and other team members, team work is a must for the role.
Ambition to continue learning and process within the company is advantageous for the role.
Our central kitchen and storage unit is in South East London, successful candidate should be able to commute, access this location when returning, leaving to festivals.
The candidate should be flexible and have availability to work during the festival period May to September , work involves weekdays and weekends.
